5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

TenniSolutions is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
All fees (such as tariffs, duties, and customs charges) are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

7. Address Changes or Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
