Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item — no problem.
1. Easy 30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been used.
We only ask that it’s returned in good condition, without excessive wear or damage, and ideally in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final-sale or clearance products

Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply email us at info@tennisolutions.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

A short note explaining why you’d like to return it
Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without notifying us first.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
4. Exchanges
Need a different product or want to try a new model?
We’ll happily exchange your item once we receive your return. If the replacement is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund instead.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you that it has been received.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tennisolutions.com, including:

Photos or a short video of the problem
We’ll replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

8. Sale Items
Discounted or sale items can also be returned — we believe in keeping it fair.
