
Can a racquetball racquet for use in a tennis match for the official rules and regulations?
Here the rules (Annex II) ANNEX II A. THE RACKET The striking surface of the racket shall be flat and consist of a set of crossed strings connected to a frame and alternately interlaced or bonded where they cross. The chain model should be general, uniform and in particular not less dense in the center than in any other field. The racket shall be designed and hung so that the characteristics of play are identical on both sides. The channels should be free of attached objects and protrusions other than those used solely and specifically to limit or prevent wear or vibration. These objects and protrusions must be reasonable in size and location of such purposes. b. The frame of the racket shall not exceed 29 inches (73.66 cm) long in general, including the handle. The frame of the racket shall not exceed 121 / 2 inches (31.75 cm) wide. The hitting surface shall not exceed 151 / 2 inches (39.37 cm) long and 111 / 2 inches (29.21 cm) wide. c. The framework, including handle, must be free of attached objects and devices other than those used solely and specifically to limit or prevent wear and tear or vibration, or to distribute weight. All elements and devices must be reasonable in size and location of such purposes. D. The framework, including the handle and the strings are free of any device that allows significantly change the shape of the racket, or to change the weight distribution in the direction of longitudinal axis of the racket which would alter the swing moment of inertia, or deliberately change any physical property that can affect the performance of the racket when playing a point. No source of energy in no way changes or affects the playing characteristics of the racket can be incorporated or attached to a racket. ____ **** Even if I could, I would not recommend it.
