100gr Broadheads 125gr Ballesta cons?
Ok, so a little background information. I am a 400 quad with a top speed of 345fps. For usually head 125gr and practical advice. I had an idea to switch to 100gr big head. I went to Wal-Mart and buying tips 100gr. I shot a few and the results made me smile. In 20yrds the 125gr almost complete pass-through. The 100gr not only for my level of whites stacks (Generic 4×4 block), but go easy 10yrds another (more ground level) before hitting the ground. It seems not to have more speed and more accuracy with the 100gr. The crossbow does not vibrate much when shooting. Is it reasonable? It would a blow to the 100gr AMP 400 is always an effective way to hunt deer?
The core 100 is as effective as 125 deer. The speed increase when lightening on the arrow or its components.But in general, the heavier arrow will have a more penetration.Was design in different grain Broadhead 100 then the 125? If yes, then it may be better designed Broadhead that will allow for greater penetration.
